About our
Founder and CEO:
Ivana Esposito

With over two decades of expertise in elevating association event revenues and managing the international attendees’ segment, Ivana is a seasoned corporate meeting planner with a specialized focus on Continuing Medical Education (CME) events. In her role as a leader, she has successfully directed an operational team of event planners, consistently surpassing client expectations and strategically increasing net profits through the implementation of profit-generating initiatives.

As a Consultant, Ivana provided meticulous logistic and accounting support for international companies specializing in CME programs, specifically targeting the Latin American market.

In the earlier stages of her career, serving as the Director of Hotel Relations, Ivana adeptly negotiated hotel contracts for major medical conventions, managed intricate logistics, and coordinated international physician delegations attending medical conferences in the USA.

Her educational journey includes earning a Certificate in Master’s in Hospitality Management from Cornell University (2018), achieving Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification from the Convention Industry Council (2010), and attaining a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literatures with Magna Cum Laude honors from the University of Sister Orsola Benincasa, Napoli, Italy (1997). Her foundational education encompasses Accounting studies at IST G. Calasanzio, Italy (1991).

Coordination of all aspects of audio-visual including: simultaneous interpretation, Audience Response Systems, content capture.
